Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products use, Inflaterotica LLC does not accept returns on any items that have been used.  Items qualifying for a return must be in the original packaging that has left our facility with any seals intact. 

Returnable items will be refunded once the item is received by Inflaterotica LLC in an open undamaged sealed state as it was issued. Original shipping charges paid by the customer, as well as any return shipping charges incurred by the customer will not be refunded.  Inflaterotica LLC is not responsible for the refund of any VAT or tariff charges incurred by the customer.

Buyer is responsible for making cancellation requests within a 24 hour timeframe of order. Buyer is  responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. (i.e.) Proper and complete address, spelling,  postal codes, street address, unit number, addressee names. Inflaterotica is not responsible for non-deliverable items or customs delays. Non-deliverable postal returned items will be refunded back to the customer for the cost of the item only. Our products are sold as adult novelty items only. Some items have been modified from their initial intended purpose. Our items are not sold nor marketed as flotation devices and should not be used in bodies of water. Our inflatable items have been designed to hold air only, unless otherwise specified in the product listing details. Our products are only to be purchased by persons over the legal age requirement designated  in the specific area of your country, province or state. Purchasing of any our merchandise enters the buyer into an agreement with Inflateritica LLC. that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions listed in all of our articles.
